Participate in Artist Service Organization Fair
November 2, 2004
(New York, N.Y.) — NYC Music Places and NYC Dance Places are pleased to participate in the first annual Artist Service Organization Fair
held on November 6, 2004.
Fair attendees can learn about the broad range of benefits and resources that are available to artists working in
NYC across the disciplines of dance, music, theater, text and film. Representatives from over 16 different artist
service organizations will be available to answer questions and discuss their resources. Hosted by
Dance Theater Workshop and The Field, the Artist Service Organization Fair (ASOF)
is free and open to the public.
The ASOF takes place Saturday, November 6th, from 1pm to 4pm at University Settlement/Speyer Hall
(184 Eldridge Street, Floor 2 - NYC).
Space for this event was generously provided by Arts at University Settlement. For more information about the

Other participating organizations include The Actors' Fund, American Music Center, Arts & Business Council,
Bronx Council on the Arts, Brooklyn Arts Council, Brooklyn Arts Exchange, Dance Theater Workshop, The Field,
Fractured Atlas, Lower Manhattan Cultural Council, Materials for the Arts, Movement Research, New York Foundation
for the Arts, Queens Council on the Arts, Theatre Resources Unlimited and Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
